This was the hardest clinic day yet. I think I have come down with something, because about 5 or 6 minutes before we were to end our run, I had to walk for an extra minute in order to prevent myself from becoming dizzy.
After the run, while having a conversation with my running instructor's husband, I nearly fainted. I lost my hearing and then my vision went all spotty.
Not the best running experience, but atleast I listened to my body and walked when I had to. That seems to really important - knowing when to slow down or even stop running. |
