My very first solo run! As you can tell from the last two weeks of (non)entries, I have found it a little difficult to keep motivated post-clinic. However, the run today was good. I had two walking breaks, but they were very short (25-30 seconds) and I think I ran 5k in about 30 minutes. Women's 5k, here I come!
Oh, and I used Map My Run for the first time. What a fantastic tool for those of us who do not have a way to track our distance! |
